Eligibility
The Applicant should have passed BCA / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at l0+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50 % marks (45 % marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
In addition to the above, the Applicant must pass both an entrance exam and a personal interview as per the University requirements.
Overview
The new-age MCA Information Security integrated with Certification in CompTIA Security+ course is a one-of-its-kind program that is offered by Jain (Deemed-to-be University). It offers comprehensive knowledge of the aim, the concepts and the techniques involved in information protection. It equips students with the tools to explore their potential in the new-age domain. Students gain a fundamental understanding of data structures, advanced computer networks and virtualization, are exposed to concepts of ethical hacking, mobile, wireless and VOIP security, and security threats and trends, besides acquiring practical knowledge on cloud security, network security, and SDLC.
